New Patients

Thank you for considering to work with me as your physician. I’m looking forward to developing a personalized treatment plan together that will address your mental health concerns. Please read the following important information and instructions prior to scheduling an appointment. Please call me anytime at (619) 900-9750 if you have any questions.

Please be aware I do not accept any health insurance plans at this time. Payment is by credit or debit card only, due in full at the time of your appointment. On request, I can provide you with an itemized “superbill” that you can use to be reimbursed by your insurance company under your “out of network” benefits, if any.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I am not accepting any in-person appointments for now. Appointments are conducted using Google Meet, an easy-to-use videoconferencing application that conforms to HIPAA privacy standards. Before your appointment, you will be provided instructions to use Google Meet on your video-enabled mobile phone, tablet, or personal computer.

Because we will be transitioning back to in-person appointments when the pandemic is over, I can only accept patients who reside in the San Diego area.

New patients are required to fill out intake and agreement paperwork. This can be done electronically through my secure server:
